Come join Zuda Yoga for a New Year's practice that will help slough off the stress of the season, ground you in the now and open you to the potential of what's to come.

What a perfect way to spend New Year's Eve!

We'll integrate the beautiful, awakening practices of asana, pranayama, meditation, contemplation while surrounded by candlelight.

9:00 - 10:00pm Community Gathering, light food and drinks before practice 10:00- 12:00am Yoga Practice, Meditation, Pranayama, Contemplation!
