Have fun and expand your understanding of Power Vinyasa Yoga.
We guarantee after this workshop, in your next class you will feel certainty, confidence and ease in your body.
This is for those who have practiced yoga before, even if only a few times and want to fully understand the Power Vinyasa System such as: forward fold, half way lift, high to low pushup, upward facing dog, downward facing dog, warrior 1 & 2 and chair.
In addition to empowering the poses themselves we will also explore the transitions between them, including jumping forward and jumping back, learning how to bring a moving meditation into every moment. As we learn more about the yogic system, we learn so much more about ourselves which leads to greater happiness.

* Arrive 15 minutes before the workshop begins
* Wear clothes that allow comfortable movement
