Life before and after yoga
In each moment of my life, both before and after, I started practicing yoga as a navigation tool for life. I did my best to be happy. My toolbox for happiness gets stronger and more expansive every day and I am so grateful for the practice and to my teachers.

Technology chargers galore, The Master’s Touch by Yogi Bhajan, a heated blanket, ear plugs and arnica oil.
What impact do you want to leave on the world
I want people to know how incredible they are, and by following our own intuitive path, we pave the way for peace for everyone around us and the planet as a whole.

A penguin. They are fierce and amazing creatures!
You’re on an island and can bring 3 things. What are they?
Spotify, a dog (I don’t have one of my own but frequently use the title “dog-sitter” as a way of borrowing four-legged friends … I just love being around animals!) and chocolate.
