  4. As the base slowly lifts the flyer off the ground, the flyer can begin lowering their head backward. 
  5. As the base supports the flyer’s shoulders, the flyer can reach for their own ankles. 
  6. Once in the final position, the base can release their hands, supporting the flyer with only their feet creating a flying bow in the air. 

Double Dancer Pose 

  1. Begin facing your partner, standing on opposite sides of your yoga mat
  2. Partner one should have their left foot forward while partner two has their right foot forward. 
  3. Partners should extend their back legs backward, taking hold of their ankles. At the same time, they should lift the “front foot arm” upward, taking hold of their partner’s shoulder.
