300 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

"Beyond the Physical"

2024 Dates Coming Soon

Zuda RYS 300 Hour training focuses on how to intimately join yogic philosophy and asana practice, planting the seeds to successfully navigate life – on and off the mat.

The 300HR “Beyond the Physical” intensive-style training will be taught in three 9-day modules, starting Saturday meeting thru the following Sunday from 8am-6pm daily.

  • New Dates Coming Soon!

Our curriculum includes the ancient teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, Dharma, Karma, Metta, Pranayama, Chakras and more.  You will be learning and implementing tools and techniques to deliver transformational yoga experiences.  Just a few are cueing mastery, how to speak to the body, music magic, theming, and how and why exploring “edges” is transformative for students and teachers.

The teachings we provide are directly connected to the Ashtanga Yoga Lineage. David Williams was a student of Pattabhi Jois in India and was the first to bring Ashtanga Yoga to the states. Over 35 years ago, as one of David’s first students, Jonny Kest began to practice. He then went on to become the Midwest’s leading voice in Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga and a true pioneer for the shift in the Vinyasa culture nationally. Both Jodi Dillon and Heidi Hemler have trained and studied directly under Jonny Kest.

Three 9-day intensive modules include daily Pranic Rituals to provide an opportunity for you to return to your truest nature; pure, unconditional love and equanimity.

Prerequisites: This teacher training is for anyone that is looking to take their yoga practice and understanding to the next level.  If you have a basic understanding and ability to deliver a Vinyasa Yoga Class, this training is for you.  A 200 Hour is recommended.

Yoga Teachers: this is a Yoga Alliance Certified Course. However, you must have 200 Hour Certificate to apply to the Yoga Alliance upon completion for a 500 ERYT designation.
