This program is meticulously designed for both Zuda members and non-members, focusing on BASIC STRENGTH training complemented by personalized Nutrition Coaching.

  • Duration: One Month, starting January 3, 2024
  • Schedule: Twice Weekly – Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00-9:45 AM
  • Includes: 8 Small Group Strength Training Sessions + One 30-minute Nutrition Coaching Session

  • No prior experience is required.
